Given the custom nature of many of our products, our refund and return policies are designed to balance fairness to our customers with the realities of creating personalized artwork. Below, we’ve broken down the key details to help you navigate the process.

Refunds

  1. Custom Products:
    Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if the issue is due to an error on our part (e.g., damage during shipping, incorrect item, or production mistake), we will gladly provide a refund or replacement.
  2. Non-Custom Products:
    For non-custom items, refunds are available if the product is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

  1. Custom Products:
    Due to their personalized nature, custom artwork (including pet portraits, custom paintings, and personalized prints) cannot be returned.
  2. Non-Custom Products:
    If you wish to return a non-custom item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order enters production, and cancellations are no longer available.

How to Initiate a Refund or Return

To request a refund, return, or report an issue:

Exceptions to Refunds and Returns
