We send all customers a preview of their design via email within 2 days. Once the design is approved, delivery time is typically 2-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Therefore, if you are not satisfied with your artwork preview, you can work with our artists untill you are happy or get a full-refund. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once your artwork is approved.
We accept any photo! However, for the best results, we recommend choosing a bright, clear photo with everyone in full view (full body shots work best).
Yes! You can cancel your order anytime, however if a first digital proof has already been made we do deduct a small fee just to help pay our artists with.

The Design is very beautifull, but the most amazing thing is their service. They follow you each step and review the picture as your wish. They are kind and passionate to resolve any issue.
